After capturing the floor plan of the space to be designed and decorated, our team will create 3 virtual renderings and 3 mood boards of your space within 7-14 days. We take what we’ve gathered about your style and vision to create a virtual representation of your home. We create 3 renderings and mood boards to provide you with options. You’ll be able to see what your space can potentially look like in pursuit of making your design vision come to life.

In our video consultation, we will present the 3 renderings and mood boards. At DIH Designs we value feedback, as this will help us to create a design plan that meets your needs and aligns with your vision.

Once the design plan has been finalized and approved, we will create an itemized sheet of furniture and decor items. In order to compare the quality and price of items, we will select at least 5 options of each item. Let’s say for instance, we agree that a gray tufted sectional will look perfect in your space, we will select and present 5 options of gray tufted sectionals from different vendors within your budget.

We believe in communicating with our clients and keeping them updated. As a result, for 8 weeks, we will engage in weekly video meetings to talk design, select furniture and decor items and to discuss updates, next steps and reminders.

We will purchase all items, both furniture and decorative pieces. The goal is to take the responsibility from you so that we are doing the heavy lifting.

Our favorite stage of the process! We love surprising our clients with a big reveal. After intentionally selecting and purchasing decorative pieces, textiles and accents, we will schedule a few dates to come and decorate your home.
